PoGo is a proteogenomic tool developed primarily by Christoph Schlaffner. PoGo's purpose is to map peptides identified through mass spectrometry to a given genome. My edits of the tool are in order to expand its functionality to allow for the input of novel peptides without protein-coding region (CDS) annotation. The program is open-source and and is currently planned to be applied within various proteomic studies at the Institute of Cancer Research, London.
